BG 96 this morning; it got to 100 yesterday and should be near that again today. Time to get my day together and get on with it. Hope everyone is doing great!

Hi Ruby Begonia,you haven't heard that in awile.You are hotter then we are here in the sunshine state.Do you like Primal Blueprint and how difficult is it or is it?Dumb question all programs are difficult if you play with it.I know I just finished a few weeks back playing and I paid dearly for it You keep up the good work girl

Hey Mary Ellen. Actually, I really like the flexability the Primal Blueprint gives me and still keep my bg in control so all is really good there.

Yup, stayin cool here Runesinger! Got my fan on and everything shut up. Just catching up around the house. Soon it'll be Fall again I know which I LOVE but doggone if the cold doesn't catch up to me in the winter <smiles>
