Finally bought a scale this weekend, feels good. But I decided to focus more on being happy and healthy then how many calories I take in. It was seriously stressing me out I think. So now I have red beans and rice for lunch insted of my same 'ol salad and I'm happy because now my leftovers can be eaten. Yes... Good day ahead I believe.
