Diario de houndish, 19 ago. 08

I need to weigh-in, but I'm not going to. Stuck at the same weight still. I'll wait a few days and see what happens. My body is rebelling a little, but I am lifting regularly and doing all my challenge goals.

I always try to avoid the scale during the week. My wife used to put it under the bed so she couldn't get at it quite so easily. I weigh (and record) my weight weekly, but any more often makes me obsess with weight, which for me can fluctuate by as much as 4 pounds on any given day. Besides, if you are lifting, then you may be gaining muscle mass, which can make you weigh more! I try to weigh on the same day, same time after working out (so the water loss will be the same, too). Good luck! Keep working hard.
