This is my 4th day of doing IT Intermttent Fasting. I don't eat after 6 pm and then eat again after 12pm. This works well while at school, and is harder on weekends. I will weigh again Monday the 10th of Feb. I did well today and ate 3 pieces of pizza, a pear, a cracker and part of a hard cider.
