My macro counts are Fat~25 grams , Carbs 25grams and protein 100-125 . Please give me ideas . I have been lacking in protein for several weeks . Fats & carb counts are in check . The days I lift I bring those two up to 35-40 grams . Advice ?? Thoughts 🧐
