Been doing a much better job keeping my calories low but I'm having a very hard time motivating myself to work out - at all. This week at work I've been on my feet a lot so far (it's going to continue the rest of the week) but I really need to get a walk in or weight training or yoga or SOMETHING. Really want to tone up before halloween!
