HA HA HA this is so funny I went to the doctors for my yearly check up. The nurse was making me laugh cuz she mentioned how I look different not preggy...lol To make a long story short the scale read a weight of 135 LOL how about that, I cheated all weekend and still lost a whole pound....too funny I tell you. So a personal female question, do any of you use the IUD.....I was interested but I dunno. ANyway hope all your diets are going great!*

I have an IUD. This is year five (last year to have it) and I have gained about "a baby's" weight in about 9 months... so maybe my body is ready to get rid of the IUD? Funny you should ask this question because I was JUST today thinking it added to me gaining weight this last year. I have not had a period with the IUD in almost 5 years. I loved having the IUD, but losing weight is most important to me right now... so I was thinking about when the IUD is removed to keep it out and switch to condoms to give my body a break to anything artificial.
