Diario de PattyG, 01 oct. 08

I was so excited that I was able to jog for two 16 to 18 minute segments with only a 2 minute walking reprieve in between. If it had not been for my Heartbreak Hill that I jog up, I might have been able to make it at a jog for the full distance. Knowing that I have a 5K coming up in just over 2 weeks, it is a great feeling to see the improvement that I am making in my endurance. I am all set to jog again on Friday with my friends. They push me to go at a faster pace then I set for myself.

very impressive! makes my walk on the treadmill look mighty sad. Great job on working up to that 5K. Youll have to get a pic of you at the finish line for us!
