I have restarted my dieting. Mainly by reducing my portion of intakes.Thought of exercising but knowing the sudden increase of activities would jolt my body sick, I began with just stretching. Plain water was my main drink. No other unless plain water is unavailable. I have not taken any chocs and bicarbs drinks. My body feels slightly better. I am able to sleep better after the 2 days. Hope I can cont this healthy pattern.
