Going out tonight. Unfortunately that means no gym and probably lots of unnecessary calories. That's ok though, because I'm allowing myself one "spike" day if you will. I pretty much have to just to live a normal life.
I'm so happy the spike diet is even in existance. I'm not technicially following it but it makes me feel so much better when someone brings in doughnuts on days I'm "spiking."
