Started the day in a positive mood.My weight loss continues and under no condition I'm going to sabotage myself :) I feel happy and confident.My MCPS final exam is in january and I worked out a nice study routine that fits my crazy work schdule.I worked out nice routines for everything diet/exercise/study ,isn't it nice?I'm paying less attention to all sorts of incoming negativities and focusing on work for betterment of self and all.Have a very good day,my friends.See you all later.

Lisa thank you for comment.My routine is simple,I planned to study at 30mins slots,any time any where whenever I manage uninterrupted 30mins.I aim at 10such slots every day.For exercise I do three short videos daily,one weight lifting,one abs and one yoga.I do whenever I feel like,morning/afternoon/evening/night,whenever I manage some time.So basically everything is getting done somehow without stress and any special time allotment.For diet I'm trying to stay at 20(not more than 25)net carbs and 1200calories.I don't want to eat fish or meat,so trying to figure out how to manage protein.I added tofu,but its way too high in carbs for induction phase of low carb diet.Basically I'm eating vegetables,eggs,cheddar cheese,protein powder,tofu,nuts and sugarfree berry jam...Hopefully I will keep losing weight with this.

I am sure you can and will lose weight and along with this may you have more good days then bad. This is the true goal don't you think? Draw a smiley face for each day you feel good and let's watch them add up. TOWANDA!!!!!

Hi Anita ~ I have been away from my journal over the holiday, but what a nice surprise to see you have dropped weight when the rest of us probably gained ~ lol. Your positivity was really nice to see. Keep it up, we all have good days and bad days and they don't always go the way we want. But each day is a new day and deserves a renewed attitude. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!!
