Diario de kziemianski, 13 dic. 10

So I've decided that, instead of focusing on the negative and the fact that the scale says I'm gaining, I'm going to focus on being supportive to other people on fatsecret. I like knowing that maybe someone was happy that I said "Good job!" or "Keep up the good work!"

Also, I'm not sure how legit my diet was before now since I had a two month stall. In light of this I'm taking a month to work on increasing my calories by increasing my protein and getting used to choosing protein rich snacks. Then, after the new year I'm going to work out cutting out some calories by cutting out some carbs. And also... I'll be lifting 4 times a week and doing moderate cardio.
