Diario de astillac, 05 ene. 09

This is what stops me every single time. I don't eat a lot of packaged food normally, and I don't know how to record what I cook or make. Let's say I have a turkey sandwich for lunch today. 2 slices of homemade gluten-free bread, turkey breast from the deli (how much, I don't know - it's not exactly slices - do I weigh it?), some mayo and mustard. How am I supposed to record that? I don't want to spend five minutes measuring and weighing a bowl of cereal every morning. :(

I’m no pro, but I weigh everything. And on the stuff you can’t weigh (mayo for a sandwich) I guess over, round up, never down. I would rather go to bed with points left over than go to bed thinking “I wished I hadn’t eat that much” There are a lot of web sites too that will help… Google WW Points
