My first response to this week's results is "WOW!" When I lose weight, I am used to many weeks with a 1 pound to no pound loss. My exercise level is pretty consistent with what I have been doing for the past month, so, although I'm sure it helped, I know that the reason for the three pound drop comes from my change in diet.
I already have some observations and reflections that I have made regarding my diet, but I want to take some time to really look at my food log again before I post my thoughts for this upcoming week's mini-challenge.
For now, I am going to enjoy this new me as I get ready for school. Yea! It's Friday.
