Super happy with the drop in weight, BMI and fat index. All good and encouraging. I will keep this going knowing full well that these first pounds are the easiest to shed. I will celebrate them and keep eye on the prize of slow and steady while building muscle. To that end, I've increased protein intake and reduced carbs. Not an empty calorie in sight until my day of indulgence.
To ensure I don't burn out, I'm keeping my fat burning heart rate of 110 in mind even as I look to make sure I am doing this moderately and sustainably.
