I'm eating more and not hungry. Eating happily without feeling as if I'm giving anything up. Is this the honeymoon phase? Tonight I'll be eating cheese pizza, so I know that will be off my ideal meal plan. I will enjoy it enormously knowing my long term health is on the upturn.
