Amazing to be down this way as healthy as I've done it, slow, sustainable. Not crazy exercise. Not crazy diet. A livable way to be fit and agile. So happy despite yesterday's emotional blow up with a loved one. It could derail me in the past, but it doesn't right now. I'm working mind-body wellness, and although I'm often not my best me, I accept and love me knowing there is growth to accomplish.
