Not a good day for meal planning and execution. I was so preoccupied for getting my house ready for some relatives coming to visit that I failed to make breakfast or lunch. I just ate Cliff's Bars. Not ideal at all. Although I didn't go over in any way, shape, or form, it is not the protein and fiber I wanted today.
Hit the gym hard with my increased cardio and weights. Felt great.
Warming up some lean lentil soup I made and froze a few weeks ago. Thank goodness I was on the ball previously!
