I can't even begin to tell you what I felt like when I stepped on the scale and am 157. I am only 7 pounds from my goal. It has been so hard to stay on track, but I have been determined this time. I am in a biggest losers contest at my gym that goes until June 1rst and I actually have a chance. I guess separating from my husband has made me realize that he never supported me and always made me feel like a failure. I am very proud of myself and when I hit my goal I my change to something less and keep going.
