On Mondays I go to tumbling class for two hours. Its a hard work out, but I dunno what to call it. We aren't doing something the whole time, but short bursts of high activity. I'm putting "2 hours of light calisthenics", not sure what I should put.
The other part was that although I was fairly hungry today I feel like my calories must be more than what's recorded. Either I'm doing it wrong, I should eat more, or its easy to run a calorie deficit on south beach.
