I need to start checking in more to FatSecret. Our Clumber Spaniel had a blood disorder and after a couple of blood transfusions, we couldn't save her...Lately, it seems I have been getting kicked a little, but I know the sun will shine again. Just need to keep going.

Still keeping on the diet...through everything. Drinking more than I should though on weekends. This is bugging me, but the stresses have been adding up and I'm using alcohol as a way to blow off steam. Not good, but I recognize it and I can correct.

I am so sorry to hear about your Spaniel. That's so hard... but please take good care of yourself! Good that you see what needs to change. It's not easy, but I know you can do it! Your chart is looking great, so try not to let the drinking mess you up.
