Entering via computer is so much easier unless doing barcode scan, haha. For my standard meals, I can you the computer and it syncs, which is awesome. I worked out today, all weight training. Put in a call to YMCA yesterday afternoon to hire a personal trainer. Need to keep an eye on calories for the day as we're having spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner. Goal- To eat only one piece of garlic bread! I'll fill up on salad first.
