I shouldn't have weighed myself today! It's put me in a bad mood & I had told myself that I was only going to weigh myself once a week. I was up 3 lb. & it very well could have been due to the sodium in the chicken lettuce wraps I ate last night (lots of soy sauce). I made them from scratch, just like P.F.Chang's & they were absolutely delicious!! Made with ground chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions, etc. Really low fat, although the special sauce made to drizzle over the wraps is made with sugar. I did not over indulge, even though it would have been easy to do. I also ate lunch out, but had a gyro salad. The portion is huge so I always get a "to go" box & put half the salad in there before I even begin eating. I also get my dressing on the side so it's not drenched in dressing. It's always hard to estimate calories when eating something like this.
Well, I'll try to not let it get me down. I've worked really hard this week, going to the Y every morning and doing both cardio and weights.
