So I've been really enjoying atkins but I'm not sure it's working for my career. Sounds silly but working at position where you develop dried fruit is much harder when you can't eat dried fruit. I went over my carbs that I had planned today. My plan was to start bumping them up 5grams a week until I was at a comfortable level. I'm thinking I'm going to have to be a little more relaxed then I thought though. I was going to account for one higher day a week and also have one lower day a week. It just sucks when you can't really plan it because all of sudden you have to try samples of something. And sometimes I'm good about the "spit-cup" method but not always.
