I have just began to take advantage og my schools gym. my goal is to work out at least five days a week. i have also recently started a pilates class 2 times a week. my biggest challenge will be eating! i love to eat, especially fatty foods. i want to make a easy healthy diet to fallow. my problem is i need to learn how to eat healthy on a low budget...i am very serious about loosing 30 lbs in the next 12 weeks. if i do that it will get me excited and motivate me to loose my entire wieght loss goal.
