Diario de kadinelouise, 28 jun. 09

I finished reading Jillian Michael's Mastering Your Metabolism today. I have made it a conscious effort to now eat organic whenever possible. I went to Safeway and got organic apples, milk, and yogurt and also got earth friendly biodegradable cleaning products for at work. I then hit up my local Trader Joe's for organic hummus, veggies, and Ezekiel bread. YUM! I'm going to try to balance out my hormones to aid my fight against weight! =]
103,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 21,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I brought my copy to work today to read at lunch. I'm about 1/2 way through. We have a local grocery store (Right By Nature) that has a great selection of local and organic foods. Prices are similar to Trader Joe's and much better than Whole Foods. I ate too many processed foods this weekend and my system is hating me for it. I had such a difficult time sleeping last night. I really see a difference when I eat better. Enjoy your groceries.
