I got back on the scale this a.m. & I'm back down from yesterday. Phew! Okay. So I'm going to stay off the scale until my weekly weigh in which is Saturday, which should be interesting since I'm going to a wedding rehearsal dinner on Friday night. Out on the track this a.m. w/ my 2 mi. walk/run which averages 4 mph. Also did an extra set of stadiums today!!!! I really had to push myself but I did it. Total of 3 sets of stadiums. Made an appt. with the Y for tomorrow to get my body fat percentage taken. I've never done this so I'm pretty excited. Of course, I don't know why. It may be totally depressing!! haha
