Haven't been keeping up with my journal & didn't record my food all weekend. I was back on track Monday as far as my food & exercise but just now finding time to journal. The scale hasn't moved in the right direction for quite some time now so I'm thinking that I just can't eat the number of calories that most sites tell me I need to eat. I'm backing down on my daily caloric intake and having a better macro-nutrient balance. Goal is to have 30% fat, 30% carb & 40% protein. Even if I don't hit that mark every day, I do want to at least have a larger % of protein compared to fat & carbs.
