Weighed myself this a.m. & finally seeing the scale move in the right direction. Interestingly enough, I've been trying to reduce my processed carbs and it seems to be working. Only time will tell. I'm still eating carbs but they are mostly contained in fruits and vegetables. I have a fresh produce stand next to my office so I've been taking full advantage of that. Already dreading the holiday weekend, knowing that we will be gathering with friends & I will be tempted to eat more than I should. Gotta stay strong!!
