Diario de debrarae, 07 jul. 11

Still up 1 lb. from last Friday. Exercised this a.m. I call it "ralking", because it's a combination of walking and running in.lol I walk a few blocks then run a few blocks. It averages about 4 mph. All I know is that I'm exhausted and dripping sweat when I'm done, about 45 min. I love doing this early morning when it's not so hot out and more peaceful.
I stopped along the river, took a breath and said my prayers for the day. Along with my usual requests, I asked God to be with me as I continue on this journey to lose 50 more lbs. I ask that he give me strength and wisdom to eat properly and the will power to continue. I thanked God for my healthy body (albeit overweight)and my desire to take care of my body.I can not do this alone.
