Still up 1 lb. but will weigh tomorrow so hopefully I will be back down to last week's weight. I lose and then, it's as if my body is saying, "Oh no you don't. We're holding on to all this fat. You're not getting rid of us that easy!" Busy weekend out of town again to see my daughter in another show! This includes meals out which is always more challenging. Wish me luck!
