Diario de debrarae, 20 jul. 11

Hit the snooze button again this a.m. but then forced myself to get out of bed & go to the Y this a.m. Had every intention of using 1 of 2 new ellipticals but they were both being used. The one guy has not been coming to the Y for quite some time and now that he's back, he monopolizes this machine. Very frustrating to say the least. Went to the weight room and lifted weights for 30 min. then the elliptical was free when I was finished, so did 25 min. I guess I shouldn't complain because I don't lift weights as much as I should so this guy actually did me a favor!

I guess everyone was out to try the new ellipticals? At my gym the treadmills are ALWAYS taken, even with a maximum time of 30 minutes to allow everyone some time at them! I find weight lifting very boring, well done to you for doing 30 minutes of it!

I don't mind lifting but I never feel like it's enough to burn fat, even though I know that building muscle burns fat.
