YAHOOOO!!!!!! I made it finially i'm under that 250 mark. I've been tring for monthes. I feel so skinny! I know i'm not but there's something about getting to that goal. I give myself small goals so I feel like i'm getting somewhere. To lose 350lbs. all at once is to big so I do it in 20 to 50. It's a mind thing. Trust me it helps. My next one is to get to 225 I wont be the big "O" anymore after that.

YAY!!! Congrats!!! I think it is smart to "chunk" your goals. You have done very well ... and what is even more important is that you are taking care of yourself ... honoring yourself ... YAY!!!
