First weigh in and I am starting to feel so much better in only five days. I am recording my weight today because weekends are usually rough for me. I usually gain weight over the weekends. Need to find an strategy that will keep me from overeating or binge eating. I'll weigh first thing Monday and I am determined to weight less than today.
91,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 28,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

I suggest you start doing hobbies with people such as hiking, biking or just generally keep busy. I find I over eat when I'm bored. If I go to a restaurant with people I get salads and healthy-type food that I can eat a lot of without adding weight. Good luck

Oh and hang out with like-minded people! Its easier to be healthy with supportive friends that won't constantly asking you if you're on a diet etc.

Well done on that! Make sure you record everything you eat and drink over the weekend, preferably right as you're consuming it if you can. It will either put you of overeating at the time, or if you go over, at least you'll be able to see where you went wrong, and can make a plan for next weekend.

that is a huge 1 week loss. be careful that you are eating enough and getting in your nutrients.
