I was back to the Y at 6 am. I forced myself to get up at 5:30am but I'm so glad I did. Yesterday, a friend of mine, that I met at the Y several years ago, celebrated her 96th birthday. Until 2 years ago, she was walking 2 mi. on the track at 5:30am, before the Y opened, then did weights on nautilus & finished her workout in the pool & sauna. I visited her last night & she is such an inspiration to me.
