haven't had sugar in a little over a month and had 2 pnut butter cookies today, my favorite. I feel it, like and it's not a good feeling at all. so i am drinking tons of water to flush it out as soon as it can. omgosh, great, now i can't eat sugar?? oh, the sacrifices we make to be healthy and look good. LOL

lol... I think it's a great thing! Your body is telling you it's not something it wants - that's SOOOO much easier than having to self-regulate all the time! My body is always accepting of sugar (however, I haven't gone a month without it to find out what it would do after that long!). You're doing awesome!

I think that when we eat crap all the time we don;t realize how crappy we feel - once you start to feel better then you notice!

oh, agreed ladies, agreed! i am so used to fruit sugar and not processed white bad sugar. my head hurt so bad and i felt sleepy like 2 minutes later and i knew what it was from immediately. so just another thing to scratch off my list. tracking really does help that i can recognize this stuff!
