I'm determined once again, lost some weight and that's so exciting! So working out to a video today and doing my ab sport lounger, cleaning and getting things organized around the house, think of cleaning my house as a workout too, just move myself faster at it. Last week I ate lots of salad, and added fruit along with nuts or sunflower seeds to add or do something different, it was delicious, back to eating what I eat and tracking everything along with portion control measuring everything I eat, it may seem like a pain to do, but its not too bad, its quite easy to do. I will continue to drink lots of water and and drink only 2 cups of coffee instead of a pot.
