Saw Dr. P today. BP 128/80....gained 6 lbs since last visit. Going back to light keto....whole foods....nuts, grains, eggs, berries, meat, avocados salads, Knee is better but still flaring, got eardrops RX, plantar faciitis recommends elevated heel (boots). Says PF will go away.
