Diario de debrarae, 06 sep. 11

It's been so long since I've signed in to this sight that, at first try, I couldn't remember my log in!I have been up and down these past 3 weeks so I haven't weighed in. We were camping this past weekend too so I didn't even get on the scales this a.m. I did tell my husband that it is a "no carb" week!! I am proud that I got up at 5:30am & went to the Y for a work out. My alarm went off and I turned it off, deciding that I wanted to go back to sleep, however, I just couldn't do it and decided to get up and "just do it". As usual, I'm glad I did.
I did not reach my goal of a 50 lb weight loss for the past year but I'm getting so close. I am back on track and don't see any upcoming obstacles to get in my way. So what, if I reach my 50 lb. mark a few weeks late. I'll get there, and then it's on to the last 40 lbs.!
