Doing some early morning walking activities to combat my adrenal surge at night. I really believed I was too young to have adrenal fatigue but then nothing was easy to deal with (family suicide, estrangement, and being financially sufficient since the age of 16-17) and these major events have left me depleted. Quitting smoking and starting again since 2006 has done a number on my cortisol levels too. I can say now that I've finally quit for good!! (nearly 8 months now) gained and lost weight since 2006 too, 10 years of yoyo dieting, my lightest 64 (140 pounds) my heaviest 73 (165 pounds) I never knew my healthy weight or why my blood pressure was so low since I've been fainting since my teens. The doctors said it was an electrolyte imbalance. Another doctor gave me iodine to lower my TSH. No one made the link to my adrenals
