So, I haven't been trying to lose weight. But I really want to. It's pretty clear to me that I am addicted to sugar and bread. I think I'm going to go Paleo again to break my addictions. It was an easy diet for me to thrive on before so I will give it a shot. I'm also going to shoot for 30 minutes of exercise a day to start and I will post my workouts. It's time to get serious.
