Diario de lotus2009, 29 dic. 09

18th day on Atkins.74kg this morning.Was 78.8 on 1st day.The scale is moving but pretty slow,much slower than others.But atleast it is moving downwards and not upwards...
Positive things I did today-
1.Followed Atkins exactly with 20 net carbs.
2.Drunk over 2 liters of water.
3.Started reading not too fast till yet but I hope for some very good improvements by 1st january.I need to pass...If I can keep calm and keep reading,its an achievable goal.
4.Worked and didnt get upset too much for anything.
Negative things I did today-
1.Didnt start exercise.But I know in short time I will start.I disciplined myself about diet and for 18days now I am taking all the food I hate and avoiding all the food I like.So I can discipline myself enough to do 30mins exercise as well.
2.Didnt meditate.I should do this.It makes me calm.It helps.
3.My blood pressure was 140/100.I plan to start Metformin again and possibly something for high pressure too.
So today was a good day in general.My special one called me in the afternoon and we spoke for long.As usual he was not happy with my weight because it badly affects my health and makes my pcos symptoms worse.But this time I asked him to give me 6 months.I dont know whether I would be able to lose 50 pounds of weigth in 6 months on Atkins but atleast I will lose something.Hopefully I will lose almost 50 pounds.I am waiting with anticipation to see how much I can lose in next one month.
Plans for tomorrow-
1.Study STUDY STUDY
2.Exactly following diet with 20 net carbs and atleast 1300kcal.
3.Drinking over 2liters of water.
4.Meditation.
5.Exercise.
6.Shopping on the way home from hospital.
7.Collecting the documents(2) that I need for immigration procedure.
8.Staying positive and calm and thankful.Keeping the hope that problems and the reason of heartache will go away very soon and things will come up.
I believe that tomorrow is going to be better,better and better.Better than before.
