Rough week this week, worked offsite Monday and Tuesday for 11+ hours each day. Did my strength training workout at home with the lower weight barbells I have there. Ran poorly on Tuesday more walking than I wanted but completed it. Wednesday I started classes again immediately after work.

Yesterday I was so looking forward to getting back to normal, went to work in the morning, wife stayed home with a migraine and my 18 year old son Devlin stayed home with a "stomach ache". At 9 the wife called and let me know she was taking him to urgent care and at 930 called to tell he was on an ambulance heading to the hospital to have his appendix removed. So we spent the rest of the day there and he got spend the night.

Woke up this morning and found out he is doing well but his white blood count is still high so they are keeping him another day to run another antibiotic series in him. Went to the gym and completed the Couch to 5K program I've been working on so that's another box checked off the list.
