29th day on Atkins... I am doing good.Positive things I did today- 1.Following the diet exactly. 2.Drinking water. 3.Studying. The only bad thing is that,the 3pounds I regained are not coming down...May be I should take a day off from my diet and eat different to kick start my sleeping metabolism...hmm...No I would better stay on diet plan and see what happens.I wont be able to spend much time on it now on wards cause I have exams very soon...I need to study well and pass. I hope and believe that tomorrow will be better,better and better.Better than today.

OK Lotus, look, calm down. You cannot let every little thing get to you, stick with the positive stuff and don't write the negative for now, believe me, you have to find a way to not let these 3lbs get to you. Study, don't worry about the diet because you are stressing yourself out to the point where the diet won't matter at all. Calm down and focus on the exam, not the weight.
