1month and one day on Atkins
I am doing pretty good.My weight started to come down again and today I saw 71.1kilo on scales in the morning.I recieved my admit card for exam.I would 100% concentrate on it now and probably would not come here as often as I used to.I need to finish preparation as early as possible and then start preparations for going to exam place as it is not in my country.Royal College of Surgeons of England declared India as an offshore center and I will appear in exam from there,So I need to get my visa and tickets etc.But before that I will put all of myself into the studying for exam.I noticed I somehow manage to follow the things that I post here.So I am posting my routine as I hope I would be able to stick to it 100%
Routine
1.5.15am-8.30am=3.15hrs=study
2.8.30-9.00am=30mins=Stretching and Breakfast
9.00-11.30am=2.30hrs=study
11.30-12.00pm=30mins=break and weight lifting
12.00-1.30pm=1.30hrs=study
1.30-2.30pm=1hr=lunch break,shower etc.
2.30-4.00pm=1.30hrs=study
4.00-5.00pm=1hr=relax
5.00-7.00pm=2hrs=study
7.30-9.30pm=2hrs=seeing patients in private
9.30-10pm=30min=coming back home,dinner etc
10pm-12am=2hours=study.
12.00am=shower&sleep
So total study hours=12 hours...hmm...still not good enough.I will see if I can cut out some from rest or sleep period.
I will get approximately 200 study hours in this 20 days.
I believe I will do good in exam...
Today was good.Tomorrow will be better,better and better.Better than today.

I see that you have alot of studying to do, but you may want to work in more sleep. The correct amount of sleep will not only help with weight loss, but it will help you to retain the information that you are learning. Also, I was always taught to study in 20 minute increments, you retain more this way. Actual homework can be done in longer sessions, but fact-finding and retention of knowledge is better retained in shorter bursts! Just from one recent student to another! GOOD LUCK!

Thanks joyce and abaker for your comments.I wish I could sleep but I dont afford this luxury for now.I could not study good enough before,so I have to make up it now at any cost.Hopefully I will go through this nerve wrecking exams and come back to my normal life soon...
