35th day on Atkins Today I got back to my plan.We had a family dinner because my sisters came home from hostel but I ate only Atkin friendly things.Apart from listed food I also ate a vegetable soup which is approximately 100 kcal and 6net carb food value and also used 2 sucralose tablets in my flax seed muffin.So I believe I ate around 20 net carbs.After yesterdays slip I measured weight this morning but I didnt gain or loss anything.According to todays weight I lost 17pounds in 35days.Its not sooo good but its quite good.I will be strong now on wards and wont eat anything forbidden.And will lose gradually.I studied whole day today,its 10pm now and intend to study another atleast 3hours and then sleep and again get up at 6am.I am doing good and hope to revise my whole curriculum twice before exam.I believe I will do good.Today was good.Tomorrow will be better.Better than today.
