I get depressed thinking about how much I've set myself back in a mere 3 months! I was climbing mountains 3 months ago & now I feel like I have cement in my legs! Ugh! I keep reminding myself that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I ran into a dear friend over the holidays and she asked if i would like to be her gym partner. So this Thursday we start. It feels good to be getting back on track.

That is like a God boost to have a friend to go to gym together with. I hope you are feeling more encouraged and hope the cement in your legs is turning to good strong muscle. : ) Thank you Lord for sending her your encouragement and support, amen.
