Diario de lotus2009, 21 ene. 10

42days on Atkins
Another ordinary day.Not an exceptionally good one.Not a bad one either.A so so day.Tried to follow the diet.
So here is my todays food -
breakfast-2eggs fried+1medium tomato
snack-mozzarella cheese 31gm
lunch-vegetable soup+1 slice of cheddar cheese 28gms
snack-flaxseed pancake(2tbsp of ground flax seed+1egg+2sucralose tablet)
dinner-same as lunch+1/3 serving of grilled chicken
So net carbs 25.2 including 2 carbs for sucralose.
Veggie carbs-15.32.
I cooked the soup yesterday and counting all ingredients it has 21.19 carbs.So I counted 6net carbs for each of four portions.So that I dont undercount.
And total calories 1390.
Is this alright?

Yummy! Looks great. You are under your limits on cheese & splenda, on-target for your veggies. A little low on your calories. Try to add a Tablespoon or two of oil or mayo for your chicken.

Thanks for reply Denise.I counted two tablespoons of oil,one for frying eggs and the other one is for frying pancake...We dont have carb free mayo here...But I plan to eat it in small quantity.Same is about tomato paste.If my diet is alright,why I am not losing any weight since 1st january?It makes me frustrated.

Your carb count and what you are eating looks really good. Are you getting any exercise in? Even 10 or 15 minutes per day would help keep your metabolism up.
