today is the 2nd of Febuary 2017, I half hearted to start my 5.2 two weeks ago
weighing in at 66.7 I say I was only half hearted as although I was sticking to
my food diet, I also included 1 glass of wine for lunch and 2 for supper.
so infact on my fast day I was consuming 375 calories of wine. I am now determined
not to drink at all on fast days and keep to 500 calories, in Katie Piper book
today is the mantra I used for lux. I will use that from now on, and see where it goes. I am now 66.5 so obviously have not been following this correctly, so as from today I will not go above 550.
We go to Bordeaux on the 20th April, I have the most beautiful cream dress there, it was just a bit too tight at Christmas, if I can not get into it in April I will bin it, so that is my goal, I DO NOT WANT TO BIN THIS LOVELY DRESS.
I bought two calorie books today, that and the mantra will help me
