yesterday was a fast day and I consumed 619 calories, it is not too bad but I could easy have left that glass of wine, did not sleep much which is a problem, but today I feel good about yesterday, I will make sure by this journal that I do not overdo my non fast days, I have three of them in a row, that seems wonderful.
